The overnight apartment price includes:
- Parking
- Local charges
- Full prepared apartment – bed linen, towels, toilet paper, dish cloth, face cloth
- Final cleaning
- Energy (electricity, water)
- Free internet in the lobby reception

Services for which an extra charge is incurred:
- soft cleaning – floors in apartment and bathroom + toilet paper, taking out the rubbish 25,- €
- towel change 1,-€ /pcs
- bed linen change 2,50 €
- washing the dishes 2,50 €
- Internet for a fee
- baby bed, pillow, duvet – 10 € per stay
NOTE
- the price does not include adding a toilet paper neither other sanitary needs as waste bags, soap, shampoo, detergents etc. during the stay
- when staying for a week the starting day is Saturday from 14:00, and departure at the end of the stay by 10:00
- apartment will be booked after the deposit is paid
- when staying for just for one night we charge a single service charge +10 €
- by checking-in we collect caution 50 € per apartment, which will be returned by checking-out
