Conditions of cancellation
The condition of a binding confirmation of your reservation is payment of 50 % deposit or the full price of the stay in specified period (within 7 days of booking confirmation). Final payment must be paid on the day of arrival. If a guest won´t pay deposit or full payment by the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. When we get guest´s payment of 50 % of the price, we create guest´s booking and we send confirmation of the date and the total price for the stay. Chcek-in is until 7 p.m. If the guest won´t come until this hour and he had not informed us about his latter arrival, we reserve the right to offer accommodation to other guests. Apartment must be released on the day of departure until 10 a.m. The guest is informed about the state of apartment and its equipment. When guests detect any defects in the apartment, we ask them to tell it to us immediately at the reception.
On the day of the arrival guests are required give at the reception deposit of 50 € per apartment. Deposit is given back at the end of the stay, if the apartment and its equipment is found without fault. Other situations solves the rules of the acommodation.
Payment can be transferred :
- Postal order
- Bank transfer to the designated account
2. Cancellation
If guest would cancel his stay within more than 30 days before arrival, he wouln´t pay any cancellation fee and possible deposit payment will be refunded in full. Cancellation of stay must be in written form and then must be confirmed by the reception.
If guest would like to cancel his stay within less than 30 days before arrival, we charge the following cancellation fees:
30-20 days before arrival: 25 % of the price
20-8 days before arrival: the value of deposit paid
7 – 0 days and while 100% of the price
Cancellation of the stay is necessary to send in written form with: the reasons of cancellation, your name, contact details and date of stay – and with your handwritten signature. It is necessary send it per e-mail or deliver it personally. Determination of the number of days in the calculation of cancellation fees depend on the date of receipt of the written cancellation of the stay. For a such deliver may be considered also mail post, if the email is mutually confirmed, and it is so agreed in advance with the client.
